Thank you for shopping with PinkedOut. Each item is made to order, which means production begins after your purchase is placed.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Shipping Times
After processing, estimated shipping times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PinkedOut cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
